TMN Group in bid for IBG (Affiliate Future)

It’s all go in the world of Affiliate Marketing! Just days ago it was announced that DGM had a management buyout and it’s now been reported that TMN (a large online/DM group) have made “an agreed all-share bid for Internet Business Group PLC” - the company behind Affiliate Future.

Wish I had bought some shares in IBG now! Certainly an interesting time for Affiliate Marketing and will be interesting to see how this pens out and what kind of changes we may see if this goes through.
