This crappy level of customer service is typical of most mobile phone retailers in the UK. This is why I never use them. I just buy an unlocked phone and get my own SIM directly from the network. With iPhone 3G though, that means ordering one from Australia where they are available with the network lock removed legitimately. Idiots.
