Gambling PPC on google from Friday
At the A4U Expo (more on that when recovered tommorow!) and just heard reports that google will be allowing paid search on gambling terms in the UK from this Friday.
Massive news that I am sure will be confirmed very soon! Heard it here first..

Interesting breaking news! Funnily enough I emailed Google last week because I noticed a lot of casino and gambling links already showing up in Adwords. For example just doing a search now for “uk casinos” on the UK index and I can see something for Littlewoods Casino - although I don’t know whether that’s them or an affiliate of course. Could be a good Christmas if your reports are right.

This is utter bullshit, i was banned from adwords for using gambling keywords. But not only was they 10 other people bidding on the keyword which werent banned! I live in the UK, gambling is fine, so we should be allowed to bid and advertise
